• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Setup fees and paid advertising budgets are non-refundable

Once work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Timely content and feedback
• Required access to hosting, domains, and platforms
• Legal rights to all materials provided (text, images, logos)

Delays caused by missing content or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final website ownership transfers to the client after full payment

• Templates, tools, and internal frameworks remain our property

Clients may not resell or redistribute our work without written permission.

7. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included based on your selected package.

Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.

8. Website Maintenance & Support

Maintenance plans cover technical updates and basic support only.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party plugin failures
• Hosting issues outside our control
• Loss caused by client-side changes

9. Limitation of Liability

SamSoft Web Design is not liable for:

• Business losses
• Revenue loss
• Data loss
• Website downtime caused by hosting providers
• Advertising platform policy changes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We are not responsible for changes or failures caused by third parties.
