All services provided by SamSoft Web Design are digital and customized. Due to the nature of our work, payments are generally non-refundable once a project has started.

Please review project details carefully before making payment.

2. Website Design & Development Projects

• A project setup or advance fee is required before work begins
• Once design or development has started, refunds are not available
• If a project is cancelled by the client mid-way, completed work will be delivered, but no refund will be issued

If SamSoft Web Design is unable to start your project after payment, a full refund may be considered.

3. Monthly Services (SEO, Maintenance, Ads, Management)

For recurring services such as:

• Monthly Website Maintenance
• Local SEO
• Google Business Profile Management
• Ads Management

The following applies:

• Monthly fees are billed in advance
• No refunds for the current billing period once service has started
• You may cancel future billing anytime with written notice

4. Digital Marketing & Advertising

For paid advertising services:

• Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are launched
• Ad spend paid to advertising platforms is strictly non-refundable
• Setup fees are non-refundable

5. Delays Caused by Client

Refunds will not be issued if project delays occur due to:

• Missing content
• Late approvals
• Lack of communication
• Incomplete access credentials

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be reviewed only in rare cases such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error on our side
• Service not initiated

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

Approval is at SamSoft Web Design’s discretion.

7. Chargebacks

Before initiating any chargeback, please contact us directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate service suspension.
